Abstract: A shoe includes a sole, an upper and a heel member. The upper is fixed to the sole and configured to cover a foot of a wearer, the upper including a wearing opening. The heel member is disposed on a heel side of the wearing opening of the upper. The heel member includes a guiding portion configured to guide a heel of the wearer toward the wearing opening and a holding portion configured to hold the guiding portion with respect to the upper at least in a vertical direction.

Abstract: A sole structure of a shoe includes a rearfoot-side concave-shaped portion including a vertex region in a bottom surface of the sole in a rearfoot region. The vertex region is positioned at a highest position within the bottom surface of the sole in the rearfoot region and configured to be positioned at a position corresponding to a center of a heel of a wearer such that center of pressure of the wearer overlaps with the center of the heel.

The vibration absorbing unit includes a platy flexible support portion which has a smaller rigidity in the vertical direction than in the horizontal direction, and a weight portion provided in the support portion. The support portion is fixed to the sole or the upper, surrounding a perimeter of the weight portion.
