  • Patent number: 12002354
Abstract: A vehicle system includes an information storage, an information acquirer, a vehicle characteristics extractor, and a vehicle characteristics transmitter. The information storage stores vehicle information of sample vehicles in association with the sample vehicles. The vehicle information is obtained by combining a traveling location or a traveling environment, or both, with vehicle characteristics. The information acquirer acquires vehicle information of a target vehicle and either of both of a first traveling location and a first traveling environment for which vehicle characteristics for the target vehicle are lacking. The vehicle characteristics extractor determines a sample vehicle of which vehicle information matches the vehicle information of the target vehicle and extracts vehicle characteristics of the sample vehicle corresponding to either or both of the first traveling location and the first traveling environment.

  • Patent number: 6079186
Abstract: The performance of capacitor-grade tantalum powder that is vacuum packaged is enhanced. Preventing contact with air reduces the quantity of oxygen that passes through the oxide film and dissolves in the substrate. Lower oxygen in the powder can lower DC leakage in the capacitor made from the powder. Over a 4-month period, vacuum/argon packaging reduces oxygen pick-up in a 50K-class powder by over 200 ppm compared with the same powder stored in conventional packaging.

  • Patent number: 5605561
Abstract: Tantalum powder obtained by adding magnesium powder to tantalum powder which is prepared by reducing potassium tantalum fluoride with sodium metal, without conventional heat-treatment for agglomeration, to remove oxygen present in the tantalum powder, then washing with an acid and drying; an anode body for electrolytic capacitors produced by sintering the tantalum powder; and, an electrolytic capacitor which comprises the anode body incorporated therein. The tantalum powder has a large specific surface area and accordingly, the electrolytic capacitor in which the anode body produced from the tantalum powder is incorporated has an extra high capacity, i.e., a CV ranging from 70000 to 80000. The probability of causing ignition during the production process is substantially reduced and thus the tantalum powder can be handled with safety.
