Abstract: A space management device includes: a space information retaining unit that retains information regarding a living space including a building or premises where a person lives, lodges, or stays; a condition retaining unit that retains a condition regarding a position of a person or a movable body in the living space; a position information acquirer that acquires, from a detection device for detecting identification information and position information of a person or a movable body present in the living space, the identification information and position information; and a determination unit that refers to a condition retained in the condition retaining unit to determine whether or not a person or a movable body present in the living space is allowed to stay at the position or move to another position, based on the identification information and position information acquired by the position information acquirer.
