  • Patent number: 8654455
Abstract: A plurality of blade members is overlapped and disposed in the shape of scales in a ring-shaped board having an optical-axis aperture at the center, and is held from above by a driving ring so that each blade member performs open/close motion. At this point, an elastic member is disposed between the blade members and the board to press each blade member against the driving ring side, or an elastic member is disposed between the blade members and the driving ring to press the blade members against the board side, and in this state, the blade members are opened and closed.

  • Patent number: 7960876
Abstract: A magnet rotor includes a drive arm with a rotary shaft, and an anisotropic permanent magnet having an axis of magnetization. The drive arm is composed of a light transmitting resin. The magnet has a cylindrical shape with a hollow center portion through which the rotary shaft is disposed. The drive arm and the permanent magnet are bonded together by a light curable resin adhesive.

  • Patent number: 7685698
Abstract: A magnet rotor includes a drive arm with a rotary shaft and a hollow cylindrical-shaped permanent magnet bonded by a light curable resin. The drive arm is composed of a light transmitting resin, and the permanent magnet is an anisotropic magnet with an axis of easy magnetization. During fabrication, the light curable resin is applied to the rotary shaft, and a hollow portion of the magnet is fitted to the rotary shaft. While holding the magnet in a position where a direction of the axis of easy magnetization corresponds to a magnetic field direction, the drive arm is irradiated with light to cure the resin and bond the drive arm and the permanent magnet.

  • Publication number: 20080316628
Abstract: A film coating method enables, when forming film layers in response to optical characteristics on a substrate, to coat gradation range layers of decreasing thickness without distributions, and to coat films on a plurality of substrates at the same time. The gradation range layer is formed by sputtering evaporation targets of dielectric substances with an introduction gas, followed by forming the films with compounds generated by applying a reactive gas to the films.

  • Patent number: 6842301
Abstract: An ND filter includes a substrate formed in a plastic sheet and a deposit film deposited on a surface of the substrate. The plastic sheet is composed of a norbornene resin and the deposit film is composed of a nickel-chromium alloy. The norbornene resin has a small thermal shrinkage factor and prevents the plastic sheet from wrinkling. The nickel-chromium alloy has a good oxidation resistance and ensures a uniform light transmittance of the deposit film over the entire visible light region.

  • Patent number: 6842302
Abstract: An ND filter includes a substrate formed in a plastic sheet and a deposited film formed on a surface of the substrate. The plastic sheet has at least 120° C. of a glass transition temperature. In producing the ND filter, the deposited film is formed on the surface of the substrate at a temperature below the glass transition temperature of the plastic sheet to suppress deformation due to expansion and contraction and to prevent the plastic sheet from wrinkling.
