  • Publication number: 20160082148
Abstract: Disclosed is a film which is able to suppress agglutination by being continuously adhered to an adhesion target portion in a biological body while suppressing a position shift. A film includes an adhesive and an adhesion inhibiting layer. The adhesive layer absorbs and maintains a liquid in a plurality of pores which are opened in one film surface and has a capillary force for adhering the adhesive layer to a first-cell group. The adhesive layer is formed of a biodegradable polymer. The adhesion inhibiting layer configures the other film surface, and inhibits adhesion between a second-cell group which is different from the first-cell group and the adhesive layer. In the adhesive layer, the pore is formed not to be penetrated in a thickness direction of the film, and thus the first-cell group and the second-cell group are separated into the one film surface side and the other film surface side.

  • Publication number: 20150290359
Abstract: Artificial dermis for transplantation includes a wound contact layer that includes a porous sheet consisting of a biodegradable material, the porous sheet satisfying the following Equation, Equation: X2/X1?0.8. In the porous sheet, when a line parallel to a wound contact face and a line perpendicular to a wound contact face of equal length are drawn, X1 represents a number of points of intersection between the line parallel to the wound contact face and pore walls; and X2 represents a number of points of intersection between the line perpendicular to the wound contact face and pore walls.

  • Publication number: 20040185085
Abstract: A base material for tissue regeneration (10) includes a collagen sponge (11) formed in a three-dimensional shape and a mesh support member (12) that supports the collagen sponge (11) in an externally accessible state. In the structure of the base material for tissue regeneration (10), the mesh support member (12) is provided to surround the collagen sponge (11). Even when the collagen sponge (11) formed in the three-dimensional shape has a difficulty in keeping its shape, the mesh support (12) effectively functions to keep the three-dimensional shape.

  • Patent number: 5523464
Abstract: The present invention relates to benzenesulfonamide derivatives represented by Formula (I): ##STR1## in which R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 independently represent hydrogen or lower alkanoyl; and R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 independently represent hydrogen, lower alkyl, cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted polycycloalkyl, substituted aryl, or a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group, or R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are combined together with the adjacent nitrogen atom to form a substituted or unsubstituted aliphatic heterocyclic group, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The derivatives are useful as therapeutic agents for osteoporosis.
