  • Publication number: 20240150554
Abstract: Provided are a communication cable that includes a resin composition formed by adding a halogenated flame retardant and a flame retardant auxiliary to an olefin-based polymer and is excellent in stability of the communication properties and heat resistance, a wire harness that includes such a communication cable, and a manufacturing method according to which such a communication cable can be manufactured with high productivity. A communication cable 1 includes a signal wire 10 constituted by a pair of insulated wires 11 each having a conductor 12 and an insulating coating 13 covering the outer circumference of the conductor 12, and an insulating external layer 20 covering the outer circumference of the signal wire 10. The characteristic impedance is within a range of 100±10?.

  • Publication number: 20170342235
Abstract: Provided is a thermoplastic elastomer composition which exhibits excellent flexibility in a wide temperature range from ordinary temperature to low temperature, which has a flame retardancy of V-0 according to the UL94 vertical burning test, without including any halogen-based flame retardant, which is excellent in thermal conductivity, electrical insulation and electrolytic solution resistance, and which can be suitably used in a soft battery pack protection member. The present invention provides a thermoplastic elastomer composition for a battery pack protection member, including 100 parts by mass of a resin composition including (a) 20 to 80% by mass of a hydrogenated product of a copolymer of an aromatic vinyl compound and a conjugated diene compound, and (b) 80 to 20% by mass of a softening material for non-aromatic rubber, in which the total of the component (a) and the component (b) is 100% by mass; (c) 0.
