  • Patent number: 11536269
Abstract: A tip seal 1 for a scroll compressor capable of reducing a frictional force between scroll members and the tip seal where the tip seal 1 has a spiral shape for sealing a compression chamber formed between a fixed scroll and a movable scroll in a scroll compressor provided with the fixed scroll. The movable scroll having a plurality of concave parts 4 being formed by partially notching a sliding surface 5 on the scroll members, the concave parts 4 being arranged on at least one of a spiral inner peripheral surface 1b or a spiral outer peripheral surface 1a. Each of the concave parts 4 being open to the inner peripheral surface 1b or the outer peripheral surface 1a.

  • Publication number: 20190353162
Abstract: Provided is a tip seal for a scroll compressor capable of reducing a frictional force between scroll members and the tip seal and contributing to energy saving of the scroll compressor while maintaining the sealing performance. A tip seal 1 in a spiral shape for sealing a compression chamber formed between a fixed scroll and a movable scroll in a scroll compressor provided with the fixed scroll and the movable scroll serving as the scroll members has a plurality of concave parts 4 formed by partially notching a sliding surface 5 on the sliding surface 5 for the scroll members, the concave parts 4 are arranged on at least one of a spiral inner peripheral surface 1b and a spiral outer peripheral surface 1a, and each of the concave parts 4 opens to the inner peripheral surface 1b or the outer peripheral surface 1a and also does not penetrate through the inner peripheral surface 1b or the outer peripheral surface 1a.

  • Patent number: 8967870
Abstract: A high-precision slide bearing includes a substrate of sintered metal and a synthetic resin layer. The bearing can be used for rotary shafts in compressors of room air-conditioners or in transmissions of motor vehicles and construction machines to support relatively large radial and axial loads. The resin layer is integrally superposed on the radially inner surface of the sintered metal substrate of the slide bearing, which is a cylindrical member. The resin layer is made of a resin composition of an aromatic polyetherketone resin containing a fibrous filler. The fibrous filler is made up of fibers dispersed in the resin layer and oriented such that their length directions intersect the rotational direction of the bearing at angles of 45 to 90 degrees. The resin layer has a thickness of 0.1 to 0.7 mm.

  • Patent number: 7602678
Abstract: The present invention provides a lens holder and a lens protector having little burrs and no gate marks formed an a surface thereof confronting an optical disc and a method of manufacturing the lens holder and the lens protector. The lens holder is formed in integration with a boss by injection-molding and has a hole capable of holding an objective lens on a surface of the lens holder confronting an optical disc. The boss having a gate and a contact portion which contacts a ejector pin is formed on a peripheral side surface of the lens holder when the injection molding is performed and cut off from the lens holder after the injection molding finishes.
