  • Patent number: 9767981
Abstract: This fluorescent display tube includes an anode and a plurality of filament-shaped cathodes both provided in an envelope, a support as one of a pair of support bodies which support the cathodes is electrically divided for each of the cathodes and at the time of driving, and a cathode driving IC gives pulse voltages to the cathodes at different timing. Since the voltages are applied to the arranged cathodes sequentially, current flowing through the cathode driving IC can be small as compared with a case where voltages are simultaneously applied to a plurality of cathodes. Heat generation of the cathode driving IC is suppressed, and costs required for the cathode driving IC are reduced.

  • Patent number: 9035542
Abstract: In a driving IC-incorporated fluorescent display device, a filament end-supporting member including a structure which has a short distance between a filament and an anode substrate and is not compromised to shielding effect of the driving IC is provided. An end portion of the filament is sandwiched between a tabular support which is attached to a tabular portion of a retainer plate and a ribbon, and the ribbon is fixed to the support by spot welding. The support consists of a slit. The filament is opposed to the slit and extends to longitudinal direction of the slit. The opposite side of the filament of the slit is closed by the retainer plate.

  • Publication number: 20130062181
Abstract: A touch switch includes a glass substrate; a lattice pattern formed on the glass substrate by a plurality of first line wirings and a plurality of second line wirings; and a non-transparent insulating member formed on the first line wirings and the second line wirings. The plurality of first line wirings are arranged at a predetermined interval. The plurality of second line wirings are arranged at a predetermined interval to intersect the first line wirings. The sensor units and dummy sensor units are formed to be electrically isolated from each other and adjacent to each other by separators provided in the first and second line wirings of the lattice pattern. Marks are formed by the non-transparent insulating member and a transparent opening section, the marks being arranged in positions corresponding to the sensor units.

  • Patent number: 7944138
Abstract: A fluorescent display tube, which has short-length filaments, can be driven by applied voltage of 3-8V to be used for a general fluorescent display tube. The fluorescent display tube can emit sufficient thermal electrons even if the number of filament cathodes is decreased to reduce power consumption of the filaments. The filament cathode is arranged between a first and third supporting plates by one end thereof fixed to the first supporting plate and the other end thereof fixed to the third supporting plate, and the filament cathode having an equal length with the filament cathode extended between the first and third supporting plates is arranged between the second and third supporting plates.
