Abstract: A switching regulator circuit assembly housed in a case is disclosed. The assembly includes a first and a second circuit board assemblies each having a circuit board on which electronic parts are mounted and an insulator member having an electronic parts enclosing part for enclosing the electronic parts. The first and second electronic board assemblies are fixed to each other with the insulator member disposed in between; accordingly the electronic parts are enclosed in the electronic parts enclosing part.

Abstract: A power plug assembly houses a plug in such a manner so that the plug is lifted up when required. The plug is always biased in a direction so that it is housed due to the force exerted by a first resilient member. When the plug is pivotally moved to some extent, first and second engagement parts are structured to engage with each other so that the plug is retained in a state ready to be plugged into an AC outlet. When the plug is pulled out from the AC outlet, a user may release the engagement of parts so that the plug is automatically housed in a space due to the resilience of the first resilient member.

Abstract: An AC adapter, which is to be connected to an AC power source for converting the AC power source into a DC power source, comprises a conductive blade which is to be connected to the AC power source, an insulative plug member an end face of which molds a basal portion of the blade, a casing in which a circuit member for converting the AC power source into the DC power source, the casing rotatably supporting the plug member so the blade as to be allowed in a first state in which the blade is protruded therefrom and in a second state in which the blade is housed therein, a contact member conductive with the blade and protruded from the plug member into an interior of the casing, and a contactor arranged in the interior of the casing so as to contact with the contact portion when the blade is in the first state.
