  • Patent number: 7636162
Abstract: Microchip testing device having a chip holder that can be exactly positioned and from which adhered sample liquid can be removed easily. The microchip testing device has a chip holder, with a cover and a box area, mounted on a measurement stage, a microchip that has an optical measurement chamber is housed in the chip holder, a light source that radiates light on the optical measurement chamber of the microchip, a detector that receives light that has passed through the optical measurement chamber, and a controller that controls the device. The chip holder has reference planes to position the microchip in two directions perpendicular to the optical axis of the optical measurement chamber and pushers that push the microchip against the reference planes, so that the microchip is positioned within the chip holder by closing the cover of the chip holder.

  • Publication number: 20070268604
Abstract: Phototherapy device in which, within a housing, there is a light source, and in which light with given wavelengths emerges from a light exit opening of the housing, at least two filters being located between the light source and the light exit opening, each of which each absorbs light of different wavelength ranges, the filter on a light incidence side absorbing light with shorter wavelengths than the filter on the light exit side.

  • Patent number: 5895156
Abstract: A heat transfer device for sheet assembly for the heat transfer of an image on a transfer sheet to a receptor sheet for printing by inserting a sheet assembly comprising the transfer sheet on which an image has been formed and a receptor sheet for printing superimposed on an auxiliary plate into an inlet opening portion formed on a casing along an inlet stand, and passing between a pair of heat pressure rolls arranged inside the casing, includes: an exhaust fan for taking the outside air from the inlet opening portion toward the pair of the heat pressure rollers for cooling the pair of the heat pressure rollers; and aperture maintaining means for maintaining air passage for allowing the intake of the outside air between the upper edge portion of the inlet opening portion and the upper surface of the sheet assembly at the time of inserting the sheet assembly into the inlet opening portion. Accordingly, the pair of the heat pressure rollers can be securely cooled by the outside air via the air passage.

  • Patent number: 5315347
Abstract: A duplicating camera, especially, a diffusion transfer type duplicating camera including an exposure box in which a scanner for scanning across the surface of an original in the form of a slit is incorporated and a transfer box in which a sheet of photosensitive material is exposed to light so that a set of slit images from the exposure box can be formed on the photosensitive material, and in which the image recorded on the photosensitive material is transferred to an image receiving material. These exposure and transfer boxes are arranged in an adjustable manner so that the scan axis of the scanning unit can be aligned with the transfer axis of the photosensitive material. In the exposure stage, an exposure table on which the photosensitive material is transferred is positioned above conveyor rollers disposed on both sides of the exposure table, so that a nominal rise occurs in the photosensitive material traveling above the exposure table.
