  • Patent number: 12241137
Abstract: A high-strength cold rolled steel sheet has a specific composition and a steel structure that is, by volume %, 10%-70% ferrite, 1%-10% retained austenite, 10%-60% bainite, and 2%-50% martensite, the average crystal grain size of the ferrite being no more than 6.0 ?m, the average crystal grain size of the retained austenite being no more than 4.0 ?m, the average crystal grain size of the bainite being no more than 6.0 ?m, and the average crystal grain size of the martensite being no more than 4.0 ?m. The concentration ratio of the average concentration of Si to a depth of 10 ?m from the surface of the high-strength cold-rolled steel sheet to the average concentration of Si throughout the high-strength cold-rolled steel sheet is, by mass ratio, greater than 1.00 but less than 1.30.

  • Patent number: 12215405
Abstract: Provided is a hot-pressed member that combines both high strength of 1850 MPa or more in TS and excellent delayed fracture resistance. A hot-pressed member comprises: a predetermined chemical composition; a microstructure in which a prior austenite average grain size is 8 ?m or less, a volume fraction of martensite is 95% or more, and a volume fraction of granular carbide of 0.1 ?m or more in grain size is 0.10% to 4.0%; a Ni diffusion region of 2.0 ?m or more in a depth direction in a surface layer; and a tensile strength of 1850 MPa or more.

  • Publication number: 20080233408
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for manufacturing water-using household equipment of which hydrophilicity, surface hardness and appearances are good and the water-using household equipment. The water-using household equipment includes a coat including silicic acid, and a coat constituted by composition of 44 to 97% by mass of Si by SiO2 conversion, 0.2 to 17% by mass of Li by Li2O conversion and 2.4 to 49% by mass of Na by Na2O conversion on the coat including the silicic acid on a surface of a substrate. The method for manufacturing water-using household equipment includes: a surface treatment step of treating at least a surface of the substrate contacting water or contacting a water vapor atmosphere with a coating agent including silicic acid and forming a surface treatment layer; and an application step of forming an application layer on the surface treatment layer by applying an aqueous solution including 1 to 20 mass portions of Si by SiO2 conversion, 0.05 to 0.

  • Publication number: 20080115267
Abstract: Not only when tableware and vessels have a point contact, but also when they have a surface contact and line contact, abrasions caused thereby are made visually less noticeable and performance of cleaning soil deposited on the surface is improved. In a surface protection structure for protecting the surface of a water-depositable member, such as the sink of a system kitchen, an embossed pattern is formed by a plurality of hemispherical projections protrusively provided on a smooth bottom face, and the embossed pattern is subjected to surface finishing with good removing property of stains. At this time, an interval between those projections which are adjoining in at least one direction and/or an interval between those projections which are adjoining in another direction orthogonal to the one direction may be set to 2.0 to 10.0 mm.
