  • Patent number: 6652604
Abstract: The object of the present invention is to provide an aluminum electrolytic capacitor and its manufacturing method. The aluminum electrolytic capacitor of the present invention comprises a capacitor element formed by winding an electrode foil, at least an anode foil of which is structured so as to have part of the surface thereof made free of an oxide film and connected with a lead. The capacitor element is placed in a bottomed metal case together with a driving electrolyte, thereby achieving low resistance, a reduction in size, high ripple-current carrying and low loss characteristics entirely due to perfect connection between the electrode foil and the lead.

  • Patent number: 5290207
Abstract: An automatic tension adjuster for a fan belt which automatically adjusts the tension of a fan belt even at the time of sudden decrease in speed of an associated engine so as to prevent slip, so-called "creak" or the like from occurring between the fan belt and a crank pulley. For this purpose, there is provided an adjusting means (30) for automatically adjusting an amount by which a lever (5) swings in a direction opposite to that in which it has pushed a tension pulley (4) against the fan belt (8) when the rotational speed of the crank pulley (1) suddenly lowers. This adjusting means includes the lever (5), a yoke (10), an adjusting bolt (13), a lock nut (14) and a fixing bracket (20).

  • Patent number: 5264529
Abstract: A resin composition for powder coating which comprises a substantially un-gelled polyester A having an acid value of from 1,200 to 5,000 g eq/10.sup.6 g, a substantially un-gelled polyester B having an acid value of from 200 to 1,000 g eq/10.sup.6 g and triglycidyl isocyanurate as a curing agent, wherein the weight ratio of polyester A to polyester B is from 70:30 to 10:90 and the difference (absolute value) in the gel time between polyester A and polyester B is at least 3 minutes.A resin composition for powder coating which causes no problems of polluting a baking oven, which shows less weight loss at the time of reaction and which can form a semi-mat or completely mat stable paint film is provided. These advantages cannot be obtained from any prior art powder coating that comprises a polyester having a large quantity of terminal hydroxyl groups and a blocked isocyanate-based curing agent.

  • Patent number: 4934326
Abstract: A fuel injection rate control apparatus for a V-engine, formed so that the rational speed of the engine can be prevented from varying when the engine is inclined forward or backward, even if a commonly mass-produced inexpensive governer is used. This control apparatus has a fuel injection pump (1) provided with a governer (2) and mounted on one side portion of a cylinder block, a governer-free fuel injection pump (1') mounted on the other side portion of the cylinder block, and a link mechanism consisting of a connecting shaft (4.sub.1) provided in front of the two fuel injection pumps so that the connecting shaft can be turned freely so as to transmit the movement of a rack rod (3) of the governer-carrying fuel injection pump (1) to a rack rod (3) of the other fuel injection pump (1'), a pair of levers (4.sub.2-1, 4.sub.2-2) fixed to both sides of the connecting shaft so as to project in the opposite directions, and a pair of links (4.sub.3) connecting these levers and two rack rods together.
