  • Publication number: 20240117517
Abstract: Disclosed is an Fe-based electroplated steel sheet including: a Si-containing cold-rolled steel sheet containing Si in an amount of 0.1 mass % or more and 3.0 mass % or less; and an Fe-based electroplating layer formed on at least one surface of the Si-containing cold-rolled steel sheet with a coating weight per surface of 5.0 g/m2 or more, in which in an intensity profile measured by glow discharge optical emission spectrometry, a peak of emission intensity at wavelengths indicating Si is detected within a range from a surface of the Fe-based electroplating layer to more than 0.2 ?m in a thickness direction and not more than a thickness of the Fe-based electroplating layer, and an average value of C concentration in a region ranging from 10 ?m to 20 ?m in the thickness direction from the surface of the Fe-based electroplating layer is 0.10 mass % or less.

  • Publication number: 20070190135
Abstract: Disclosed are a phosphate-binding polymer having a true specific gravity of 1.18-1.24, tablets that solely consist of the particles of a phosphate-binding polymer having an average particle size of no more than 400 ?m, with at least 90% being occupied by particles no larger than 500 ?m, and having a true specific gravity of 1.18-1.24 and a water content of 1-14%, or tablets that contain both the particles and crystalline cellulose and/or low substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose, and a process for producing such tablets. The phosphate-binding polymer can be formulated as tablets either alone or in combination with specified additives. Whichever the case, the tablets have satisfactory hardness, contain the active ingredient in high proportion, have high phosphate-binding capability and exhibit rapid disintegrability in an acidic to neutral region while having little sensitivity to the strength of agitation.

  • Patent number: 6383518
Abstract: A tablet containing a phosphate-binding polymer, which has an average particle size of 400 &mgr;m or less, contains particles of 500 &mgr;m or less in particle size at a ratio of 90% or more and has a moisture content of 1 to 14%, together with crystalline cellulose and/or low substituted hydroxypropylcellulose, and a process for producing the same are disclosed. The phosphate-binding polymer tablet according to the present invention contains the active component at a high ratio, is excellent in the ability to bind to phosphate and is a quickly disintegrated in an acidic to a neutral region while being little affected by the stirring strength. Accordingly, it is an excellent preparation capable of regulating changes in bioavailability due to the gastrointestinal motions and pH value.

  • Patent number: 5718923
Abstract: Sucralfate preparation produced by melt granulating a mixture of a comminuted sucralfate powder and a water-soluble low-melting point wax, as well as a process for producing a sucralfate preparation comprising the steps of comminuting dry sucralfate into fine particles, mixing the finely divided particles with a water-soluble low-melting point wax and heating the mixture such that the wax is melted to effect melt (adhesion) granulation of the finely divided sucralfate particles are disclosed. Compared to conventional sucralfate preparations, the thus produced sucralfate preparation has a small dispersed particle size, exhibits high capability for binding to plasma proteins and thereby achieves marked improvements in administrability and protein binding capability.
