  • Publication number: 20160325787
Abstract: A cowl louver anchoring structure with a cowl louver main body that is disposed along a vehicle transverse direction at a lower end portion side of a front windshield; an accommodating portion that is fixed to the lower end portion side of the front windshield, and whose vertical cross-section along a vehicle longitudinal direction is U-shaped; a mounting portion that is provided at a rear end side of the cowl louver main body, and that is anchored to the accommodating portion by being inserted into the accommodating portion; a plurality of anchor convex portions that are provided at the mounting portion, along a direction of assembling the mounting portion to the accommodating portion and plurality of anchored-on convex portions that are provided at the accommodating portion along the direction of assembling the mounting portion to the accommodating portion and on which the plural anchor convex portions are anchored respectively.

  • Patent number: 8109561
Abstract: A car body structure includes a roof side rail and a front pillar, and the roof side rail and the front pillar include a roof side rail reinforcement and a front pillar reinforcement. The roof side rail reinforcement extends in a front-to-rear direction of a car body, and the front pillar reinforcement extends in a direction that intersects the front-to-rear direction of the car body. The roof side rail reinforcement and the front pillar reinforcement are connected to each other so that an end of a lower side wall of the roof side rail reinforcement abuts an end of the outer side wall of the front pillar reinforcement in the front-to-rear direction of the car body and an end of an upper side wall of the roof side rail reinforcement overlaps an end of an inner side wall of the pillar front pillar reinforcement.

  • Publication number: 20110101737
Abstract: A car body structure 1 includes a roof side rail 2 and a front pillar 3, and the roof side rail 2 and the front pillar 3 include a roof R/F 20 and a pillar R/F 30. The roof R/F 20 extends in a front-to-rear direction of a car body, and the pillar R/F 30 extends in a direction that intersects the front-to-rear direction of the car body. The roof R/F 20 and the pillar R/F 30 are connected to each other so that an end 22a of a lower side wall 22 of the roof R/F 20 abuts an end 32a of the outer side wall 32 of the pillar R/F 30 in the front-to-rear direction of the car body and an end 23a of an upper side wall 23 of the roof R/F 20 overlaps an end 33a of an inner side wall 33 of the pillar R/F 30. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a car body structure capable of reliably transmitting a load, which is input to the front pillar 3, to the roof side rail 2.

  • Patent number: 7931318
Abstract: The present invention provides a bumper attachment portion structure that can ensure the deformation stroke of a side member when a vehicle impacts such that the vehicle is offset to one side in a vehicle width direction of a bumper. When a load that is equal to or greater than a predetermined value is inputted to a bumper attachment portion during an offset impact, an attachment releasing structure portion in a bumper bracket releases the state of attachment at a vehicle width direction inside part of that bumper attachment portion to thereby cause a point of origin of bending in the bumper attachment portion to be positioned in a vehicle width direction outside part.
