  • Publication number: 20060294492
Abstract: In an application management system for managing a plurality of applications that are installed in an image processing device, in the case where an instruction of execution start is received, if an application execution unit has already executed an incompatible application that would cause an unintended operation of the application whose execution is to be started if concurrently executed with another application, and a warning screen about the application execution start is output.

  • Publication number: 20050229229
Abstract: When broadcasting of an MPEG2 system is received, simultaneous reception of programs by a plurality of transport streams is enabled without changing a CA system, thereby enabling back program recording or PinP reproduction. A necessary packet is extracted from each of a plurality of transport streams TS1, TS2, . . . , SI is removed by SI removing circuits 83-1, 83-2, . . . , thereby reconstructing to one transport stream. In an SI reconstructing circuit 81, packet information of the SI is extracted from each of the plurality of transport streams and a new SI packet is reconstructed from the plurality of transport streams without causing a collapse in the system. Thus, the back program recording, multiscreen reproduction, PinP reproduction, or the like can be executed without changing the CA system.

  • Patent number: 5255219
Abstract: For obtaining improved writing characteristics, a reduced source resistance and an increased cell current of a ultraviolet-erasable type nonvolatile semiconductor memory device, a plurality of field oxide films with an asymmetrical pattern are provided which are arranged in rows and columns to define memory cells with a stacked gate structure having floating and control gates. Each of the field oxide films has an extended portion at both sides in a row direction. The floating and control gates include a portion extending on each of the field oxide films in a column direction. A cell slit is located at the extended portion of the field oxide film to electrically insulate the floating gates for every rows from one another. A common control gate layer is provided for every rows as the control gates of memory cells.
