    Abstract: A vehicle according to one aspect includes processing circuitry configured to in a state where the vehicle is traveling with the main clutch in a disengaged state, determine whether or not a predetermined combustion required condition is satisfied, when the processing circuitry determines that the combustion required condition is satisfied, execute clutch control of controlling the clutch actuator such that the main clutch changes from the disengaged state to an engaged state, after the clutch control is started, determine whether or not a predetermined combustion permission condition is satisfied, the predetermined combustion permission condition being a condition regarding permission of the combustion of the internal combustion engine, and when the processing circuitry determines that the combustion permission condition is satisfied, execute combustion start control of starting the combustion of the internal combustion engine.

    Abstract: A vehicle includes a drive source, driving wheels driven by a driving force output from the drive source, and a clutch disposed between the drive source and the driving wheels. The clutch is switchable to an arbitrary fastening position between a connection state enabling transmission of the driving force between the drive source and the driving wheels, and a disconnection state disconnecting the transmission. A clutch actuator applies a fastening load to the clutch and provides a torque transmission capacity corresponding to the fastening load to the clutch. A controller controls operation of the drive source and operation of the clutch actuator. The controller includes a clutch temperature estimation circuit estimating the temperature of the clutch, and a driving force adjustment circuit performing driving force adjustment control to adjust the driving force transmitted to the downstream side of the clutch based on the estimated temperature of the clutch.

The internal bonding layer has a surface in contact with the interlayer insulating layer such that the surface of the internal bonding layer has arithmetic average roughness Ra in a range of 100 nm or more and 300 nm or less, and the surface conductor layer has a surface on a solder resist layer side such that the surface of the surface conductor layer has arithmetic average roughness Ra of less than 100 nm.
