    Abstract: Sprouted vegetable seeds before rearing are sterilized so as to grow without being putrefied and to be harvested without sticking of food poisoning germs. Sprouted vegetable seeds are first pre-soaked in water of 5 to 25° C. for 30 to 60 minutes, then pre-heated at 40 to 80° C. for 10 to 30 seconds, exposed to 70 to 90° C for 10 to 120 seconds for sterilization and cooled at 15 to 25° C.
