Abstract: An embroidery method for transferring or securing one or more embroidery designs onto an article. A design-bearing embroiderer is produced by forming at least one design on a base material of suitable density and heat solubility, backing up the base material with a binder material having a peel-off sheet, trimming the margins off the designs and affixing a heat/pressure resistant protective layer thereon. The embroiderer is placed on an article after removing the peel-off sheet. By hot-pressing the embroiderer, the binder material melts and is affixed to the underlying article. The protective layer is then removed from the embroiderer after so securing the designs.
