    Abstract: The technology of the present disclosure improves an image quality in a solid-state imaging element that amplifies a voltage for every column. In the solid-state imaging element, an input transistor outputs, from a drain, an output voltage corresponding to a voltage between a source and a gate to which an input voltage is input. A base side current source transistor supplies a predetermined current from the drain of the input transistor to a base node determined in advance. A feedback circuit feeds back a part of the predetermined current to the gate of the input transistor. The clamp circuit limits the output voltage to a value higher than a lower limit voltage determined in advance.

A current source is connected to an A-side connection node for the A-side first differential circuit and the A-side second differential circuit and another current source is connected to a B-side connection node for the B-side first differential circuit and the B-side second differential circuit.

A capacitor C taking out a signal component in a predetermined band from both ends is connected in series to a first diode, which is constantly in a conducting state by a second current source for diode, of a first differential pair to which the input signal of one differential input signal is supplied, and a second diode, which is constantly in a conducting state by a fourth current source for diode, of a second differential pair to which the other input signal is supplied.
