    Abstract: A conductive material and an insulating material are injected from two injection ports of an ink jet technique to form a pattern of a coil by stacking arbitrary number of a conductive layer and an insulating layer alternately. By forming an exposed part on which the insulating layer is not formed, conductive layer turns of the respective layers are connected. An in-lead and an out-lead are connected to the respective layers.
