  • Patent number: 9592417
Abstract: The multi-purpose fitness device is provided in a comfortable posture such as being seated, face up or face down, to generate twisting of various body sites, loosen muscle stiffness in hypokinetic people, and promote blood circulation intermixed with muscle training, for recovery, maintenance and promotion of health. Dieting, rehabilitation, massage, stretching, cellulite prevention, and metabolic syndrome prevention exercise are addressed. For generating twisting in various body sites, the multi-purpose fitness device comprises: main body having a rotatably supported strut, a repetitive drive unit connectably disposed below the strut, upper and lower wings fixed to both side surfaces of struts, and a pad driver slidably connected on the top part of strut; and pad parts as accessories.
