  • Patent number: 5956315
Abstract: To provide a disc clamp mechanism of a disc generative device which enables a space-saving design to decrease the height of the disc regenerative device and decrease the number of parts, also being easily assembled, by setting a turntable having a plurality of penetrated guide holes at insertion portion of the disc hole protruded at the center of a table body, a press-maintenance plate inserted into an axial portion of the turntable slidably by installing a spring between the turntable and a plurality of disc-pressing pieces which fixedly urge the disc on the table body wherein said disc-pressing piece is installed on the press-maintenance plate so as to be swingable by latching with a guide hole and being swung so that the disc-pressing portion may become smaller or larger than the diameter of the disc hole according to the access or separation to or from the table body.

  • Patent number: 5831956
Abstract: A disc device which performs to ascend and descend an ascending and descending chassis mechanically by a slide plate provided at a tray at the time of insertion or discharge of the tray, and maintains the ascending and descending chassis at the ascending position or lowers it by latching or separating the above slide plate with a lock member. In order to attain the above object, a guided portion 9 is provided to the ascent and descent chassis and a guide member 82 which ascends and descends the above guided portion 9 by front and rear moving operation is positioned at both sides of the above ascending and descending chassis 2 so as to be able to move in front and rear direction. In addition, a slide plate 102 which urges the guide member 82 to a tray 100, and a lock means which latches the above slide plate 102 so as to be able to latch or separate, are provided.

  • Patent number: 5126211
Abstract: Heat setting by the conventional tentering method provides polyamide film which is anisotropic in heat shrinkage. Therefore, only the central part of the film can be used for applications which need a low degree of anisotropy. The present invention provides an improved method of heat-setting biaxially oriented polyamide film in flat form. Said method is characterized in that biaxially oriented polyamide film, with the edges thereof gripped, is heated to an adequate temperature after preheating the polyamide film when it is desired, which is 10.degree.-40.degree. C. lower than the melting point of the film, by bringing it into close contact with the surface of a heating body, and immediately thereafter the film is cooled to a temperature at which the film does not deform easily. The present invention also provides biaxially oriented polyamide film which has a uniform heat shrinkage across the entire width of the film. The shrinkage by hot water at 100.degree. C. is smaller than 5.
