Abstract: This invention discloses a sensing apparatus with noble metal and sensing system and its method. The sensing apparatus with noble metal comprises a planar waveguide, a noble metal nano-particle layer, and a cover. The planar waveguide has a top plane. The noble metal nano-particle layer is uniformly distributed on the top plane of the planar waveguide. The cover has a notch, and is covered on the top plane of the planar waveguide to form a space between the notch and the top plane. Accordingly, a plurality of incident lights are led into the sensing apparatus with noble metal nano-particle to detect a testing substance contained in the aforesaid space.
