A method provided herein comprises the steps of introducing a target gene into yeast for transformation, which has homothallic properties and a plurality of selection markers, and selecting a strain in which the target gene has been introduced based on the selection markers in the yeast for transformation, whereby multiple target genes were introduced owing to the homothallic properties of the yeast for transformation.
