Abstract: A floor protection assembly for protecting a floor in the bathroom from urine includes a mat that may be positioned on a floor thereby facilitating the mat to be aligned with a urinal. In this way the mat absorbs urine spilled from users of the urinal. The mat has deodorizing properties to reduce odors from the urine. An adhesive layer is coupled to the mat to adhesively engage the floor thereby retaining the mat in a selected position on the floor.
