    Abstract: The wind power generation device comprises a blade. The wind power generation device includes a speed increaser to which power output from the blade is input. The wind power generation device includes a generator to which power output from the speed increaser is input. The wind power generation device includes a torque limiter portion provided on at least one of a power transmission path between the blade and the speed increaser or a power transmission path between the speed increaser and the generator. The torque limiter portion includes a first shaft. The torque limiter portion includes a second shaft disposed coaxially with the first shaft. The torque limiter portion includes a plate provided on the first shaft and having a plane perpendicular to the first shaft. The torque limiter portion is provided on the second shaft and includes a sandwiching portion that sandwiches the plate.

The power generation unit is configured to rotate the output shaft and the main shaft by performing powering operation. The abnormality diagnosis unit diagnoses the presence or absence of an abnormality based on data acquired by the vibration sensor during a period in which the power generation unit performs powering operation.

    Abstract: A shift-by-wire system configured to switch shift positions includes a detent plate, a detent spring, a rotating electrical machine, a gear device, and an electronic control unit. The electronic control unit provided in the shift-by-wire system is configured to control a rotating electrical machine torque. The electronic control unit is configured to reverse the rotating electrical machine torque after the electronic control unit makes the rotating electrical machine output the rotating electrical machine torque for turning the detent plate in a turning direction to switch the shift position, then the detent torque generated in the detent plate by a push of the engagement portion is reversed in the turning direction from a counter-turning direction opposite to the turning direction, and before backlash elimination in a backlash portion of the gear device by the reversed detent torque is finished.

The parking rod passes through a cam member. The cam member is configured to move from a first position to a second position in accordance with movement of the parking rod. The cam member includes a tapered portion that presses the parking pawl such that the parking pawl is engaged with the parking gear when the cam member moves from the first position to the second position. The parking rod includes a protruding portion that protrudes from the cam member. A guide member is configured to guide the cam member, and is configured to support the protruding portion and the tapered portion when the cam member is at the first position.
