  • Publication number: 20180092639
Abstract: There is provided a packaging material for a suture thread with needle allowing extraction of the suture thread with needle from the packaging material without the suture thread being entangled, and making it difficult for the suture thread to be scraped at a point of the packaging material when extracting the suture thread with needle stored in the packaging material. The packaging material folded in three or more for storing the suture thread with needle includes a curved cutout part on an end part of the packaging material in an open state. A through-hole for the suture thread is formed by a crease and the curved cutout part when the packaging material is folded so that the curved cutout part is positioned on the inner side of the packaging material), and the suture thread passes through the through-hole when extracting the stored suture thread with needle from the packaging material.

  • Patent number: 9066773
Abstract: A dental rotary drive cutting tool, which can limit breaking location to the shank side, and increase life span until breakage, is provided. A peeso reamer (10) as the dental rotary drive cutting tool according to the present invention includes a cutting portion (11) formed on the tip side, a shank (12) formed in a base, and a neck part (13) formed between the cutting portion (11) and the shank (12), wherein the neck part (13) includes a tapered portion (13a), which is wider on the tip side and narrower on the base side, and a straight portion (13b), which has a constant thickness with the same diameter as that of the end of the tapered portion on the base side. While it breaks at the narrowest portion of the tapered portion, this portion is a straight portion, and thus increase in life span is possible.

  • Publication number: 20120308957
Abstract: Manufacturing a working portion and a joined portion through the same processing method provides a dental root canal treatment instrument allowing a simplified manufacturing process. A metal, rod-like main frame 11 includes a working portion 11a having a tapered point to be inserted in a root canal during use, and a joined portion 11b buried within a handle 12, continuing to the end on the wide side of the working portion. The working portion and the joined portion are formed through the same processing method. Injection of a synthetic resin to cover the joined portion 11b prepares the handle 12, thereby forming a dental root canal treatment instrument 10. The joined portion has at least one concave portion or convex portion in order to reinforce the joint with the handle.

  • Publication number: 20110315334
Abstract: There is provided a hole opening device and a hold opening method for an eyeless needle capable of accurately aligning the center of a needle material and the optical axis of a laser beam as well as opening a hole precisely even with a thin needle material. A plurality of needle materials 1 are arranged in a row and mounted on a table 21, base ends of several needle materials 1 are photographed by a camera 25, a needle material 1 to be processed is located from the photographed image, and the center location of the needle material is calculated. The optical axis of a laser of a laser oscillator and center location of a base end of the needle material 1 to be processed are matched, and a hole 1c of a predetermined depth is opened by the laser.
