    Abstract: A lightweight and thin woven fabric has a soft texture and excellent wind-breaking properties and is therefore suitable for wind breakers, down jackets, and the like. The woven fabric has a plain-weave structure including a warp polyamide multifilament and a weft polyamide multifilament, wherein each of the warp polyamide multifilament and the weft polyamide multifilament has a total fineness of 17 dtex or less, and at least one of the warp polyamide multifilament and the weft polyamide multifilament has a single-filament fineness of 0.7 dtex or less and a fabric breakdown thread tenacity of 4.5 cN/dtex or more, and the woven fabric has a cover factor of 1700 or more.
