  • Patent number: 11821566
Abstract: An in-pipe robot is provided with a rotary actuator 30 that rotates the drilling blade 21 in the circumferential direction of an existing pipe. A wheel body 50 provided with a traveling wheel 52 on both sides and a wheel body 70 provided with a traveling wheel 72 on both sides are supported between side frames 43 of a chassis via pins 54 and 74. The other ends of both the wheel bodies are rotatably coupled around an axle 63 of an intermediate wheel 65 as a pivot. When both the wheel bodies rotate, the intermediate wheels and the rotary actuator move above a horizontal line passing through the pin center. Each pin is disposed at the midpoint of a line connecting the center of the traveling wheel and the center of the intermediate wheel so that the rotation axis v1 of the rotary actuator coincides with the pipe center axis of the existing pipe.

  • Publication number: 20220407393
Abstract: Provided is an inspection device for a rotating electric machine, the inspection device including a photographing device, a drive mechanism, a display, and a controller. The photographing device photographs a pattern formed on a surface of a wedge constituting part of an armature. The drive mechanism moves the photographing device with respect to a stator functioning as the armature. The controller detects strain of the wedge by comparing image data of the pattern photographed by the photographing device with reference data of the pattern. In this manner, the inspection device for a rotating electric machine can easily detect the strain of the wedge. Further, the controller estimates loosening of the wedge based on the strain of the wedge, and informs an operator of the rotating electric machine through the display that the loosening of the wedge has occurred.

  • Publication number: 20220276045
Abstract: This device includes: an input unit for receiving a shape of an inspection target surface of a wedge exposed from a slot with no force applied to the wedge; a relation storage unit which acquires and stores, as a deformation reaction force relation, a relation between a reaction force of a spring at the inspection target surface of the wedge and deformation distribution from the shape of the inspection target surface of the wedge inputted to the input unit; a measurement unit for measuring measurement deformation distribution of the inspection target surface of the wedge; an estimation unit for estimating an estimation reaction force from the measurement deformation distribution and the deformation reaction force relation; and a judgement unit for judging proper/fault about looseness of the wedge from the estimation reaction force.

  • Publication number: 20170175942
Abstract: A pipe lining material impregnated with a thermosetting resin is inserted into a pipe and the thermosetting resin impregnated therein is cured to line the pipe with the pipe lining material. A circulation pump is used to circulate water in a water tank to a boiler to heat the water into hot water. The hot water is pumped using a spraying pump and sprayed on the pipe lining material to cure the thermosetting resin impregnated therein. After the thermosetting resin has been cured, the hot water pumped using the circulation pump is circulated to a cooler to cool the hot water into cool water, which is sprayed on the cured thermosetting resin to cool it. The sprayed hot or cool water that remains inside the lined pipe is returned to the water tank for circulation to the boiler or the cooler.

  • Publication number: 20100154187
Abstract: The pipe-lining material includes a pipe-shaped resin absorbent material impregnated with a liquid curable resin, and a tube that covers the pipe-shaped resin absorbent material and that can be removed from the pipe-shaped resin absorbent material. The curable resin impregnated in the pipe-shaped resin absorbent material is cured in a state in which the pipe-lining material is pressed against the internal peripheral surface of the existing pipe, the tube covering the pipe-shaped resin absorbent material of the pipe-lining material is removed from the pipe-shaped resin absorbent material after the curable resin impregnated in the pipe-shaped resin absorbent material has been cured, and the surface of the pipe-shaped resin absorbent material having the cured resin is used as the internal peripheral surface of the rehabilitated existing pipe.

  • Publication number: 20100012214
Abstract: A pipe lining material comprising an inner lining material and an outer lining material is used to rehabilitate an aged existing pipe. The inner lining material and the outer lining material are made of a tubular resin-absorbent material that is impregnated with a photo-curing resin and a thermosetting resin. The resin-absorbent material of the inner lining material has a higher density than that of the outer lining material. The photo-curing resin of the inner and outer lining materials is cured by light when the pipe lining material is irradiated with light, and the heat generated when the photo-curing resin is cured cures the thermosetting resin of the inner and outer lining materials. Since the resin-absorbent material of the inner lining material has a high density, voids are less readily formed. Even if voids are generated in the resin-absorbent material of the outer lining material, the voids will be covered by the inner lining material having fewer voids.
