  • Publication number: 20060183367
Abstract: A voltage detection terminal includes a bus bar connecting portion which is connected to a battery electrode and a bus bar by bolt-nut connection, a detector connecting portion connected to voltage detector, and an interconnecting portion interconnecting the bus bar connecting portion and the detector connecting portion. A gap for absorbing a length variation of a battery cell is formed between a plate body and the bus bar connecting portion, and a slanting portion for preventing the interconnecting portion from interference with the bus bar is formed at part of the interconnecting portion.

  • Patent number: 7077704
Abstract: A plate body is disposed on a plurality of arrayed batteries. A first terminal is provided with a first portion which is connected to one of the batteries, and a second portion which is connected to an electronic element. A cover member is attached onto the plate body in a first direction, to provisionally fix the first terminal on the plate body. The first terminal is provided with a tolerance compensator, which connects the first portion and the second portion while compensating a positional difference between the first portion and the second portion in the first direction.

  • Publication number: 20060119343
Abstract: An electric connection box is mounted within an engine room of a vehicle. A bus bar and a current sensor are sequentially mounted on a lower cover, and an upper cover is joined to the lower cover to cover the bus bar and the current sensor. The current sensor is molded integrally with the upper cover. With this construction, the current sensor and the bus bar are less liable to be displaced relative to each other, and the number of the component parts, as well as time and labor required for an assembling operation, is reduced.

  • Patent number: 4073618
Abstract: A method of inhibiting corrosion of metals comprising applying to a metal surface in an effective concentration a saturated aliphatic triamine of 9 carbon atoms having at each terminal position a primary amino group and being branched in the 4-position of the main chain Such specific triamines include 1,3,6-triaminomethylhexane and 1,2,3-triaminoethylpropane. Addition products and condensation products derived from these organic triamines are also effective. The present anti-corrosive agents show a remarkable rust preventive effect to metals even when used in a small amount and are non-toxic.
