    Abstract: An oscillating circuit adjusts its oscillating frequency through the following method. A tip-open type strip-line stub coupled to the base terminal of the transistor. An electrical length of the stub is changed by an adjusting mechanism such as coupling the stub with conductive small lands provided near the stub tip by a chip resistor. A “kotatsu” employs a remote controller including this oscillating circuit.
