  • Patent number: 7255218
Abstract: This apparatus automatically lines up and forwards in a single line lengthwise objects supplied at random and in many lines and yet automatically returns objects overflowed from a line-up line to upstream. This apparatus includes: a cantilever type main conveying conveyor (A1) constructed from a plurality of conveying roller rollers of an oblique arrangement drivingly rotated by a non-contact transmission system, a return conveying conveyor (A2) having a conveying direction formed of drivingly opposite to the conveying direction of the main conveying-conveyor, and a delivery conveying conveyor (A3) for transferring objects conveyed by the return conveying conveyor to an upstream end of the main conveyor. The return conveying conveyor (A2) has been with an open end side of the conveying roller placed close to a side portion on the open side alongside a downstream side portion of the main conveying conveyor (A1).

  • Publication number: 20060091748
Abstract: The present invention provides a driving apparatus utilizing magnetic force, which is capable of establishing an enhanced level of higher torque, without enlarging the diameters of the drive magnetic wheel and the follower magnetic wheel, or without installing another transmission system branching off the drive shaft. The driving apparatus where the drive shaft and the follower shaft are arranged in such a manner as crossing each other at right angles, and a non-contact type power transmission mechanism utilizing magnetic force performs power transmission from the drive shaft to the follower shaft, wherein, magnetic wheels are installed respectively on the drive shaft and the follower shaft, each of the magnetic wheels being formed by spirally magnetized into N-pole and S-pole alternately, and plural points are coaxially provided which produce magnetic actions from one magnetic wheel to another magnetic wheel.

  • Patent number: 6085895
Abstract: Disclosed is a curved belt conveyor, which comprises a curved belt between rollers, guide rollers supporting the inner peripheral edge of the curved belt, a driving roller set in the outer peripheral section of the curved belt, a pinch roller for pressing the forward run side of the curved belt against the driving roller, and a pinch roller for pressing the return run side of the curved belt against the driving roller. The pinch rollers are supported with their axial centers inclined with respect to the reference line. With the pinch rollers inclined to contact the curved belt, the outer peripheral section of the curved belt is driven towards the outside of turning, thereby preventing bulging and zigzag movement of the curved belt.
