Patent number: 6206719Abstract: An electric component unit including a lead wire connection terminal fitment which is capable of being readily fixed on a terminal fitment mounting section of a casing and facilitating connection of a lead wire thereto is provided. A terminal fitment fit section of a terminal fitment mounting section of a casing is formed with a pair of terminal mounting fit grooves, in which a fitted section of a lead wire connection terminal fitment is fitted. The lead wire connection terminal fitment is made of a metal sheet of 0.7 mm in thickness by machining. A terminal section of the terminal fitment is formed into a width equal to or above a thickness of the metal sheet. The lead wire connection terminal fitment also includes a lead wire connection section, which is provided with a lead wire insertion opening which permits a core of a lead wire to be inserted therethrough and a lead wire press-fit groove in which the core of the lead wire displaced from the lead wire insertion opening is press-fitted.Type: GrantFiled: May 24, 1999Date of Patent: March 27, 2001Assignee: Hokuriku Electric Industry Co., Ltd.Inventors: Ichiro Tsunezawa, Kazufumi Daimon

Patent number: 6200156Abstract: A lead wire connection terminal fitment capable of permitting a plurality of lead wires to be readily press-fitted in a single lead wire press fit groove. The terminal fitment may be in the form of a relay terminal fitment, which includes a metal plate formed with a lead wire press fit groove by machining in which lead wires are press-fitted. A pair of inner surfaces of the metal plate defining the lead wire press fit groove therebetween are formed thereon with a plurality of projections and recesses engaged with an outer periphery of lead wires. The projections biting into the lead wires are so arranged that a space defined between the projections opposite to each other is reduced in width at a position thereof spaced by a distance in a depth direction of the lead wire press fit groove, resulting in being divided into a first space portion increased in width and a second space portion decreased in width.Type: GrantFiled: November 26, 1999Date of Patent: March 13, 2001Assignee: Hokuriku Electric Industry Co., Ltd.Inventors: Kenichi Hiraki, Tsuyoshi Ohta, Kazufumi Daimon

Patent number: 6109980Abstract: A high-voltage variable resistor unit capable of firmly fixing a lead wire connection terminal formed by bending a linear conductor to a terminal fixture of an insulating casing. The terminal fixture is formed with a coupling section receiving recess for receiving a coupling section of the lead wire connection terminal therein in a manner to be in proximity to a terminal holder of a terminal fixing structure including a pair of holding elements. The coupling section of the lead wire connection terminal is pressedly fitted in the coupling section receiving recess and a held section of the terminal is interposedly held between the holding elements of the terminal holder.Type: GrantFiled: April 10, 1998Date of Patent: August 29, 2000Assignee: Hokuriku Electric Co., Ltd.Inventors: Ichiro Tsunezawa, Kazufumi Daimon

Patent number: 5933070Abstract: A high-voltage variable resistor capable of significantly small-sizing a circuit board as compared with the prior art. A terminal fitment is provided so as to act as an electrical connector for establishing electrical connection between a slide element fixed on an operation shaft member and slid on a variable resistance pattern formed on a circuit board and an output portion thereof. The terminal fitment includes a contact holding portion which is provided at a distal end thereof with a contact portion. A contact point between the contact portion of the terminal fitment and a contact portion of the slide element is defined on a side of the operation shaft member while being spaced from a front surface of the circuit board. Such construction prevents the contact point from being defined at a central portion of the variable resistance pattern, resulting in a radius of curvature of the variable resistance pattern being reduced as compared with that in the prior art.Type: GrantFiled: November 4, 1997Date of Patent: August 3, 1999Assignee: Hokuriku Electric Industry Co., Ltd.Inventors: Hironobu Hasebe, Kazufumi Daimon

Patent number: 5886616Abstract: A high-voltage variable resistor unit capable of permitting a circuit board to be decreased in size and preventing interruption of output thereof. A circuit board having a resistive pattern including a plurality of variable resistance elements formed on a front surface thereof is arranged in a board receiving chamber. A terminal fitment and a slide element are so arranged that a contact point between a plate-like section of the slide element and a contact section of the terminal fitment is defined in a manner to be spaced from the front surface of the circuit board toward an operation member. A fit projection of the terminal fitment is fitted in a fit hole of the insulating casing. A silicone adhesive is applied to a board supporting rib of the insulating casing to the circuit board thereto.Type: GrantFiled: June 25, 1997Date of Patent: March 23, 1999Assignee: Hokuriku Electric Industry Co., Ltd.Inventors: Ichiro Tsunezawa, Kazufumi Daimon, Etsuo Kamimura

Patent number: 5721526Abstract: A high-voltage variable resistor capable of significantly reducing a circuit board as compared with a prior art. Terminal fitments each are arranged so as to function as a connector for forming electrical connection between a slide element slid on each of variable resistance patterns and a terminal acting as an output section. A contact point between a contact on a contact support of the terminal fitment and a plate-like member of the slide element is positioned apart from a surface of the circuit board. The terminal fitment includes a positioner, which is positioned outside the pattern in a radial direction thereof, so that the positioner intersects the pattern while being spaced therefrom.Type: GrantFiled: July 18, 1996Date of Patent: February 24, 1998Assignee: Hokuriku Electric Industry Co., Ltd.Inventors: Kazufumi Daimon, Tsuyoshi Ohta, Kenichi Hiraki
