  • Patent number: 12103218
Abstract: When a preform having been molded while released from a mold at an earlier timing in an injection stretch blow molding machine is stretched and blow molded, the bottom of the preform is prevented from rupturing and the bottom of a hollow molded article is prevented from being uneven in wall thickness to produce such a hollow molded article without defect bottom by the injection stretch blow molding machine. An injection molding process of injection molding a preform; and a blow molding process of blow molding the preform to obtain a hollow molded article. The blow molding process allows a tip of a stretching rod cooled to a temperature between 50° C. and 90° C. to be brought into contact with the bottom of the preform in a softened state, and to press down the bottom of the preform while the bottom is cooled.

  • Patent number: 10217012
Abstract: An illumination unit that can illuminate a drug having a stamped character thereon in a plurality of illumination directions surrounding the drug sequentially switches the direction in which the drug is illuminated. An imaging unit repeatedly captures the image of the drug whenever the illumination direction of the illumination unit is switched. A feature image extraction unit analyzes the captured image in each illumination direction and extracts a feature image corresponding to the shadow of the stamped character from each captured image. A feature image integration unit integrates the feature images in each illumination direction which are extracted by the feature image extraction unit to generate an integrated image. The recognition unit recognizes the stamped character included in the integrated image which is generated by the feature image integration unit and recognizes the type of drug on the basis of the result of recognizing the stamped character.

  • Publication number: 20180079122
Abstract: The present invention enables injection by an injection device to be carried out in an early stage while obviating nozzle touch, and shortens the molding cycle of an injection stretch blow molding machine. In the present invention, an injection device 20, which is designed to perform injection when a value counted up by a timer reaches a set count value, is linked and fixed to a hot runner device 19 of an injection stretch blow molding machine 1. The count start point of the timer is set to: a stage in which a rotating plate rotates; a stage in which the rotating plate is made to stop rotating and is non-rotatably fixed; or a stage in which mold clamping of an upper mold and a lower mold begins.

  • Patent number: 8885258
Abstract: Provided is a stack-type lens array capable of preventing a lens from peeling off due to stress during dicing or vibration and impact when used. The stack-type lens array is formed by stacking and bonding two lens sheets in which micro lenses are arranged on a flat portion at predetermined intervals. Antireflection films are vapor-deposited on a convex surface and a concave surface of the lens and a light shielding film is vapor-deposited such that a circular opening is formed at the center of the concave surface. The opening serves as a diaphragm aperture of the lens. An exposed surface in which neither the antireflection film nor the light shielding film is vapor-deposited is provided outside the light shielding film between adjacent lenses. A dicing line is set at the center of the exposed surface. An adhesive layer is formed in a predetermined pattern on the exposed surface.
