The outer member has a body portion, a flange and an attached surface which is formed of a rear surface of the body portion and a rear surface of the flange. The flange protrudes from the body portion in a perpendicular plane perpendicular to the front-rear direction. The inserted portion is located inward of the body portion in the perpendicular plane. The rear surface of the body portion is formed with a pressure contact portion which surrounds the inserted portion in the perpendicular plan.
