  • Patent number: 10804763
Abstract: The present invention is a coreless coil characterized in that a plurality of ?-winding coils are formed by a first coil layer and a second coil layer that has a same shape and a same width as the first coil, each coil layer having a center opening, being laminated together. Each outer peripheral portion in a connection direction of the plurality of ?-winding coils has a connection stepped portion that is point-symmetric in relation to a center axis line of a Z-axis (the Z-axis being an axis that, in relation to an X-axis that is a center of both connected end portions of the ?-winding coil and passes through a lamination boundary line of the first coil layer and the second coil layer, is a center of both unconnected end portions of the ?-winding coil and passes through the lamination boundary surface such as to be orthogonal to the X-axis) of the respective center opening.

  • Patent number: 6370998
Abstract: Upper and lower rotating drums (13, 14) having shearing blades (13a, 14a) are supported by a bearing frame (12) via eccentric sleeves (15, 16). Only the upper rotating drum (13) is rotated by a drive motor 17, while the eccentric sleeves (15, 16) are rotated by a drive motor 25, so that the rotating drums (13, 14) can be made to approach and separate from each other. Interlocking gears (29, 30) are fixed to shaft end portions of the rotating drums (13, 14) to permit interlocking of the rotating drums (13, 14) when these drums approach. Oldham's couplings (41, 42) are interposed between the interlocking gears (29, 30) and timing gears (33, 34) to rotate the rotating drums (13, 14) constantly and synchronously.

  • Patent number: 5636544
Abstract: A rolled metal strip which is free of torsion and on which a superior gloss is obtained by a combination of cross rolling and parallel rolling upon cold rolling a metal strip and by rolling the material in a parallel rolling manner in either at least the final stand (in the case of a tandem mill array) or at least the final pass (in the case of a single stand mill such as a reversible mill or the like). If necessary, the metal strip is preliminarily rolled by cross rolling at a rolling reduction rate of over 5% and then cold rolled by either parallel rolling or a combination of cross rolling and parallel rolling.

  • Patent number: 5546564
Abstract: A data estimating system for estimating a value of the highest probability which would correspond to a desired factor by statistically processing data having been determined from a plurality of factors. The factors are roughly divided into basic factors and environmental factors, and each of which is further classified into predetermined grades. The basic factor is a factor which would most generally affect on the determination of the data value. A weighed average is calculated in each class of the basic and environmental factors to be subject to statistical processing. The weighed average of the basic factor is then corrected by the use of a ratio of the weighed average of the environmental factor to the weighed average of all data as a correcting index, so as to provide a final estimation value. Thus using the environmental factor as a correcting index would enable to provide a result with high accuracy of estimation by simple calculation process.

  • Patent number: 5291770
Abstract: A cross-rolling mill has upper and lower work rolls which can be made to cross one another together with their respective backup rolls by moving upper and lower roll chocks in pass lines opposite to each other with upper and lower cross heads. Upper and lower gradient portions are formed at opposite inclinations at side faces of the upper cross head and the lower cross head, respectively. Wedges having upper and lower oppositely inclined surfaces slidably engage the gradient portions of the upper and lower cross heads. The upper and lower cross heads can thus be moved in opposite pass line direction by moving the inclined surfaces of the wedges upward and downward.
