    Abstract: An artificial kidney capable of cleaning blood, like a kidney of a healthy body, by any person even at home which is small in the size and simple in the structure and handling, without requiring any pharmaceutical solution. A metabolic end product separation chamber (9) is placed to the center of a cylindrical centrifugator (7) for circulating blood continuously and separating it into blood cell ingredients and plasma ingredients for conducting ultrafiltration of the separated plasmas and intaking water, serum electrolytes and unnecessary metabolic end products, in which a water re-absorbing module (11) capable of flowing the concentrated plasma ingredients and re-absorbing the water content and the serum electrolytes to obtain a cleaned plasma ingredient is placed, and the obtained cleaned blood ingredients are mixed with the blood cell ingredients separated by the centrifugator (7) to obtain cleaned blood.

    Abstract: An insertion guide is used for inserting an arterial needle, which takes blood out from the body, and a venous needle, which returns purified blood into the body, into one or two fistulae formed in a vein running beneath the skin of the arm. The insertion guide may include a holder having an arterial guide hole, which guides the arterial needle downwards at an incline from the shoulder side to the wrist side relative to the fistula, and a venous guide hole, which guides the venous needle downwards at an incline from the wrist side to the shoulder side relative to the fistula.

    Abstract: A goods dispensing device including an annular dispensing port formed in a container, an annular shelf located in a position for receiving the goods released through the annular dispensing port, a table rotatably supported in a position for receiving the goods flowing downwardly from the shelf, a ring located along the shelf for rotation independently of the table, a rotary drive unit connected to the table through motive force transmitting mechanism, a rotary drive unit connected to the ring through motive force transmitting mechanism, scrapers fixedly supported on the ring and projecting above the shelf, a guide scraper fixedly supported and projecting above the table, and a goods conveyor arranged below the guide scraper for conveying the goods dispensed from the container through the annular dispensing port. There is a relative difference between the rotary movements of the scraper rotating with the ring as a unit and the table.
