  • Patent number: 8563291
Abstract: [PROBLEMS] To provide a method for preparation of recombinant proteoliposomes suitable for diagnostic applications, a detection plate coated with the recombinant proteoliposomes, a detection kit and so on. [PROBLEM-SOLVING MEANS] Recombinant proteoliposomes are prepared by fusion of budded virus particles of a recombinant baculovirus, expressing a target membrane receptor (such as human thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor, acetylcholine receptor, insulin receptor, ?1 adrenergic receptor, asialoglycoprotein receptor, etc., each participating in an autoantibody-related disease), with liposomes. Compared with the recombinant baculoviruses, these proteoliposomes have an improved ability to bind to an autoantibody and makes it possible to produce easily a kit for its detection.

  • Patent number: 8101553
Abstract: An antibody library is prepared by selecting a light chain variable region capable of binding to the variable region of heavy chain to reproduce an active conformation and using the same. Because of being capable of maintaining the diversity of the heavy chain variable region at a high ratio in vitro, the antibody library of the present invention is expected as enabling the acquisition of antibodies with various binding activities.
