Abstract: A work management method executed by an information processing apparatus, includes setting an execution attribute for each of a plurality of tasks included in a work process, the execution attribute specifying an execution order relationship with respect to the other tasks in the plurality of tasks; and generating a Gantt chart using the plurality of tasks having the execution attributes set, wherein a child task of tasks having a parent-child relationship among the plurality of tasks included in the generated Gantt chart has execution content corresponding to the execution attribute set for a parent task of the tasks having the parent-child relationship.
