  • Patent number: 8331111
Abstract: A switching power supply device 100 includes: zener diodes ZD31 and ZD32 that become conducting when the voltage values of direct current voltages VO1 and VO2 are equal to or more than their zener voltage values, respectively; an overcurrent protection circuit 131 that makes a switching portion 12 stop generating the direct current voltages if an overcurrent that is equal to or more than a previously set current threshold value flows in the secondary winding 23 of a transformer 2; and a diode D3 one end of which is connected to the output end of a regulator 32 and the other end of which is connected between voltage divider resistances R41 and R42, the forward direction of the diode D3 being from the voltage divider resistances R41 and R42 to the regulator 32.

  • Patent number: 8289740
Abstract: A voltage reduction detection circuit for a switching power supply includes a first rectifier diode having an anode connected to the output terminal of a secondary winding; a second rectifier diode connected in parallel with the first rectifier diode and having a cathode connected to the output terminal; and resistors arranged to divide the voltage between the cathode side of the first rectifier diode and the anode side of the second rectifier diode. The circuit detects a voltage reduction in an AC power supply (feeding AC power to the switching power supply) based on variation in a voltage resulting from voltage division by the resistors.

  • Patent number: 8054601
Abstract: A microprocessor commonly receives at an A/D port the potentials of the power supplies output from a plurality of types of power supplies (a power supply for HDMI, a power supply for LSI, a power supply for an audio driver IC, and a power supply for a tuner). The A/D port receives the potential of the voltage on an output line of the power supply for HDMI that is divided. If that the potential of the divided voltage is lower than a set potential is detected, the output line is interrupted to interrupt power supply voltage supplied to external equipment.

  • Publication number: 20080151453
Abstract: A power supply apparatus included in an information device supplies a power supply voltage to a device connected to the information device by a cable including a power supply line. The power supply apparatus includes a voltage supply circuit that outputs the power supply voltage to the power supply line and stops outputting the power supply voltage according to a stop signal, a reference voltage source that outputs a predetermined voltage as a reference voltage, a comparator that compares the power supply voltage with the reference voltage to output a voltage showing a comparison result, and a power supply control circuit that receives the voltage showing the comparison result and outputs the stop signal in the case where the power supply control circuit determines that the power supply voltage is continuously lower than the reference voltage for a predetermined period of time.

  • Publication number: 20070073427
Abstract: An audio signal processing device includes a digital stream signal processing device which outputs a multi channel surround sound stereo signal as an FL-FR stream signal which includes front L and R signal components and an SL-SR stream signal which includes surround L and R signal components. Moreover, this audio signal processing device includes a selector circuit which selects and outputs either one of the FL-FR stream signal and the MIXL-MIXR stream signal, based upon a two channel sound/multi channel sound changeover signal. And this audio signal processing device also includes a D/A converter which outputs the output of the selector circuit as front L and R analog signals.

  • Patent number: 5735724
Abstract: A toy assembly is provided with manual and electrical operation units which can be selectively actuated to rotate a shaft, which has a helical advancing path, in one direction in an ascending chamber. Toy elements are moved upward in the ascending chamber and descend by gravity along a descending path provided in a descending chamber. The manual operation unit incorporates a first clutch mechanism for disconnecting the manual operation unit from the rotary shaft so as to prevent the rotary shaft to turn in another direction that can move the toy elements downward. A second clutch mechanism is provided to disconnect the rotary shaft from the electrical operation unit when the rotary shaft is driven via the manual operation unit.
