  • Publication number: 20230316490
Abstract: An inspection device includes a processor configured to calculate an identification index indicating likelihood of each possible state of an object to be inspected regarding a predetermined inspection item by inputting a color image representing the object and a depth image representing the object into a classifier, and determine the state of the object regarding the inspection item, based on the identification index. The classifier calculates a first feature characterizing the object, based on the inputted color image; calculates a second feature characterizing the object, based on the inputted depth image; integrates the first feature and the second feature to calculate an integrated feature; and calculates the identification index, based on the integrated feature.

  • Publication number: 20230316501
Abstract: An inspection device includes a processor configured to calculate a first identification index indicating likelihood of each possible state of an object to be inspected regarding a predetermined inspection item by inputting a color image representing the object into a first classifier, the color image being generated by a camera, calculate a second identification index indicating likelihood of each possible state of the object regarding the predetermined inspection item by inputting a depth image representing, for each pixel, the distance to a part of the object represented in the pixel into a second classifier, the depth image being generated by a 3-D camera, and determine the state of the object regarding the inspection item, based on the result of integration of the first identification index and the second identification index.

  • Patent number: 5417771
Abstract: A soldering flux comprising a bis (2-oxazoline) compound, a dithiol compound, an organic carboxylic acid compound and an activator which does not require post-soldering cleaning and, yet, does not cause corrosion of the base metal or deterioration of electrical characteristics and helps to clear the statutory regulations on the use of chlorofluorohydrocarbons.A soldering flux comprising, in addition to the above components, an organic solvent, a thermoplastic resin or/and an epoxy group-containing compound.

  • Patent number: 4902760
Abstract: A cross-linked resin produced by heating a mixture of (a) a bis(2-oxazoline) compound, (b) an aromatic polyamine compound which has at least two amino groups in the molecule and (c) a polyepoxy compound which has at least two epoxy groups in the molecule at elevated temperatures, preferably in the presence of an oxazoline ring-opening polymerization catalyst. The resin shows a high mechanical strength and toughness, a very small water absorption and a very high resistance to heat.

  • Patent number: 4761457
Abstract: A process for producing a novel cross-linked resin which comprises: reacting a bis(2-oxazoline) compound with a polyesterpolycarboxylic acid which has carboxylic acid ester linkages in the molecule, in an equivalent ratio of the bis(2-oxazoline) compound to the carboxyls of the polyesterpolycarboxylic acid not less than 1 at an elevated temperature. The cross-linked resin has excellent physical and chemical properties inclusive of mechanical strength and resistance to various chemicals, and may be usable, for example, for embedded moldings of electrical machinery, electric insulating materials, films, adhesives and coating compositions. The polyesterpolycarboxylic acid which has carbonic acid ester linkages as well as carboxylic acid ester linkages in the molecule provides a cross-linked resin which is in particular excellent in elongation and impact strength.

  • Patent number: 4600766
Abstract: A process for producing a novel cross-linked resin which comprises: reacting a bis(2-oxazoline) compound with a reactive compound which has at least one active hydrogen in the molecule, the reactive compound being at least one selected from the group consisting of a sulfonamide, an acid imide, an aromatic hydroxy-carboxylic acid and a bisphenol sulfone compound, in a molar ratio of the reactive compound to the bis(2-oxazoline) compound of not more than about 2, at an elevated temperature. About 5 to about 95 mole % of the reactive compound is replaceable by a dicarboxylic acid. The cross-linked resin may be usable for the production of machinery parts such as rolls and gears and embedded moldings of electrical machinery and apparatus parts as well as for electric insulating materials and dental uses. The cross-linked resin may further find applications in, for example, adhesives and various coating compositions.

  • Patent number: 4579937
Abstract: A process for producing a cross-linked polyesteramide which comprises: reacting a bis(2-oxazoline) compound with a dicarboxylic acid in a molar ratio of the dicarboxylic acid to the bis(2-oxazoline) compound of not more than about 1, at an elevated temperature in the presence of a catalyst selected from the group consisting of a strong acid, a sulfonic acid ester, a sulfuric acid ester and an organic halide which contains at least one halomethyl group in the molecule. The cross-linked polyesteramide may be usable for the production of machinery parts such as rolls and gears and embedded moldings of electrical machinery and apparatus parts as well as for electric insulating materials and dental uses. The cross-linked polyesteramide may further find applications in, for example, adhesives and various coating compositions.
