    Abstract: An electrical connector is shown having a connector housing and a terminal positioning assurance member. The housing has slots which co-exist in a parallel manner with terminal receiving passageways of the housing. The terminal positioning assurance member has leg portions receivable transversely of the slots, and the TPA is movable from a position where a primary latch in the connector can be biased into the slot to allow the insertion of a terminal into the cavity of the housing and the terminal positioning assurance member can be moved to a locked position, where legs of the TPA, which are movable within the slot, are moved behind the latch, preventing the movement of the latch members.

    Abstract: The invention provides a header for receiving a mating plug. The header is mountable to a sealed housing. A bottom wall of the header features a flange receiving opening for allowing a portion of the bottom wall to pass into a flange of the sealed housing. A plurality of contact receiving passageways passing through the bottom wall are positioned between portions of the flange receiving opening. At least one external contact receiving passageway passes through the bottom wall in the position which is adjacent to and outside of at least a portion of the flange receiving opening. This header allows electrical signals to be carried through the bottom wall both into the sealed assembly and also to other locations outside of the sealed assembly.

The grommet housing has a cylindrical wall defining a wire receiving area. A wire alignment tab extends from the cylindrical wall into the wire receiving area and a locking projection extends outward from the cylindrical wall. One or more wires are positioned on the wire alignment tab and an overmolded wire seal is applied surrounding the wire(s) substantially filling the wire receiving area and being chemically bonded to the cylindrical wall. A panel seal is applied between the grommet hosing and a panel opening member and the locking projection serves to secure the grommet housing to the panel opening member.

    Abstract: Three-dimensional portions are made of the same PET resin as are flat portions, only thicker. That is, the three-dimensional portions are more rigid than the flat portions. The three-dimensional portions are bonded to the flat portions at cutout portions thereof by a thermo-compression sheet or adhesive tape or the like. Connecting portions are made of PET resin that is thinner than the PET resin of which the flat portions are made. A phase insulation paper is provided in which the connecting portions are bonded at both ends to the flat portions, and an electric motor is provided in which the phase insulation paper is inserted between stator coils.

A band of reflective material may be located on an exterior surface of the translucent member. The entire light pipe may be formed by co-extrusion of the translucent member, the band of reflective material and the opaque section through a single co-extrusion die. Light emitted laterally from the translucent member toward the arcuate opaque reflective member and band of reflective material may be reflected laterally through the translucent member transverse to the axis of the light pipe, so that all light extends through the front surface of the translucent member.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a refill container, that holds and protects an internal tray filled with a cosmetic material. The refill container that holds the internal tray filled with the cosmetic material is made up of a mounting portion and an engaging portion. The mounting portion has a structure to be mounted over the internal tray in such a manner as to cover an exposed surface of the cosmetic material. The mounting portion has a lid portion that faces the exposed surface and protects the exposed surface in a mounted state and a holding portion that holds the internal tray in such a manner that the internal-tray bottom surface of the internal tray is exposed in the mounted state. Further, in the mounted state of the internal tray being mounted in the mounting portion, the engaging portion catches the internal tray in such a manner as to prevent the internal tray from being disengaged from the mounting portion.
