Abstract: An ultrasonic wave propagation member, which is able to improve durability while ensuring measurement performance, is provided with an ultrasonic wave propagator including a first contact surface coming into contact with an measurement target, and a second contact surface provided opposite to the first contact surface and coming into contact with a fore end surface of an ultrasonic probe; and a holder holding the ultrasonic wave propagator and including a third contact surface coming into contact with the measurement target on a radially outer position than the first contact surface, wherein the ultrasonic wave propagator is softer than the holder.

Abstract: A fluid processing apparatus having a plurality of processing spaces (S) includes a plurality of containers (B) juxtaposed in a direction to each other forming processing spaces (S) respectively therein. Pressing means (H) is provided for pressing the containers (B) as juxtaposed from opposed sides thereof in the juxtaposing direction of the containers. Each container (B) includes a pair of container-forming members (41a) disposed in the juxtaposing direction and having peripheral portions thereofjoined and welded to each other. At least one of the pair of container-forming members (41a) is in the form of a dish-like member having a peripheral portion used as a joining margin and a bulging central portion.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for displaying the placement of circuit blocks and the routing nets between the circuit blocks, in which: a large number of parts placed on a printed-circuit board or in a semiconductor integrated circuit are classified into a plurality of circuit blocks so that the circuit blocks are displayed; routing nets, in each of which a plurality of connection wires between circuit blocks are integrated expressed as one connection line, are displayed so as to be different in line width, line color or line pattern correspondingly to the number and kind of the connection wires in each routing net; the integrated connection lines are connected to input/output virtual pins provided in the respective circuit blocks; and the relations in arrangement/wiring among the circuit blocks, the integrated connection lines and the virtual pins are displayed on a display device so as to be observed easily by eyes.
