  • Patent number: 7654475
Abstract: A fuel injection valve has a first groove cut in a peripheral surface of a needle valve and second grooves cut in a seat surface of a nozzle tip. The first groove is provided so that the needle valve is rotated by flow of the fuel in the first groove caused by a reciprocating motion of the needle valve, and upper and lower ends of the first groove are opened to the outside so that the fuel can be introduced into the groove. The second grooves are twisted or tilted in the same direction as the rotating direction of the needle valve and are cut along the circumferential direction of the nozzle tip. The second grooves have an edge part for scraping off solid matters into the second grooves in cooperation with the tip seat surface of the needle valve by the rotation of the needle valve.

  • Publication number: 20090184180
Abstract: A fuel injection valve in which, even in an engine in which a fuel containing many foreign matters is used, pinching of solid foreign matters, such as impurities, dirt and dust, and combustion residues, in a sliding part on the outer periphery of a needle valve, the tip of the needle valve, and a seat of a nozzle tip, malfunction an seizure of the needle valve due to such containing, and poor combustion due to irregular injection are prevented from occurring. The fuel injection valve has a first groove cut in the periphery surface of the needle valve and the second grooves cut in a seat surface of the nozzle tip. The first groove is provided so that the needle valve is rotated by flow of the fuel in the first groove caused by reciprocating motion of the needle valve, and the upper and lower ends of the first groove are opened to the outside so that a part of fuel can be introduced in to the groove.

  • Patent number: 6903321
Abstract: To realize an air guide of a radio-frequency heating apparatus that enables fixing of a lamp without use of a vis though it is made of a metal plate material. An air guide 9 made of a metal plate material is formed with two inverted-L-shaped nails 15. A holding portion 13 of a lamp 12 is hooked on the nails 15 and a waveguide holding plate 19 is brought into contact with an opposed surface of the holding portion 13 of the lamp 12. As a result, the lamp 12 can be fixed without using a vis and hence a step of fixing the lamp 12 with a vis can be eliminated. An inexpensive configuration can be realized that is free of fear that a disconnection may occur in a filament due to vibration.

  • Patent number: 6800834
Abstract: A part of a body of a high-voltage condenser (28) is arranged between a lower plate (23) constituting a heating chamber (21), and a bottom plate (27) thereby to reduce attachment dimension of the high-voltage condenser (28), whereby size-reduction and space-reduction of the high-frequency heating apparatus becomes possible, and an insulation distance between the high-voltage condenser (28) and metal-made parts constituting the high-frequency heating apparatus can be secured easily, so that the number of the parts can be reduced. Therefore, it is possible to provide the high-frequency heating apparatus which is advantageous also in resources-reduction, assembly efficiency, and price.
