  • Patent number: 9235291
Abstract: In a display device with optical sensors, a mode control portion (24) determines a mode to be a normal mode in which to operate a recognition processing portion (22) or a standby mode in which to stop the recognition processing portion (22) from operating. In transition from the normal mode to the standby mode, a decimated image memory (25) stores a decimated image having a smaller number of pixels than a scan picture. The mode control portion (24) performs pixel-by-pixel comparison between the stored decimated image and an image supplied anew, which is obtained by averaging decimated images for two consecutive frames, and causes transition from the standby mode to the normal mode when the number of pixels whose difference in pixel values is greater than or equal to a first threshold is greater than or equal to a second threshold. As a result, it is rendered possible to inhibit erroneous determination and promptly detect a touch position after a quick exit from the standby mode.

  • Publication number: 20150246697
Abstract: In a vehicle to which a vehicle body front structure is applied, an opening portion is formed behind a rear end portion of an arch portion. The opening portion is held in communication with an air flow passage, and is opened backward with respect to the vehicle. Then, the air caused to flow into the air flow passage during traveling of the vehicle flows from a front side toward a rear side with respect to the vehicle, and is discharged from the opening portion backward with respect to the vehicle. Thus, the air current blown out from the air flow passage to an outside of the wheel house in a vehicle width direction via the wheel house is restrained from being produced. Therefore, the traveling wind flowing outside the wheel house in the vehicle width direction is restrained from hitting the air current.

In the image processing apparatus in which a three-dimensional image and a two-dimensional image can be simultaneously displayed on a multi-screen, if the three-dimensional image and the two-dimensional image are simultaneously displayed on a display device, the three-dimensional image is converted into two dimensions, and is output to be displayed on the same screen in the same dimensions. Alternatively, in the image processing apparatus in which a three-dimensional image and a two-dimensional image can be simultaneously displayed on a multi-screen, if the three-dimensional image and the two-dimensional image are simultaneously displayed on a display device, the two-dimensional image is converted into three dimensions, and is output to be displayed on the same screen in the same dimensions.

  • Publication number: 20150179120
Abstract: Upon each detection of an image switch by a display switch detection portion (27) included in a display control circuit (200), a selection frequency determination portion (23) makes a determination for each row corresponding to a scanning signal line as to whether or not the row includes any pixel with a middle tone. Further, a scanning signal output control portion (26) performs drive control such that any scanning signal line corresponding to a row without such a pixel is selected at intervals of one frame period. This results in reduced power consumption in selecting the scanning signal lines.

  • Publication number: 20150145842
Abstract: When there are a plurality of rows with the same display content, a scanning order calculating portion (23) provided in a display control circuit (200) determines addresses sequentially such that scanning signal lines corresponding to the rows are selected at the same time. A scanning order setting portion (24) controls an address output portion (26) such that the scanning signal lines are selected in such an order, and also controls digital image signals DV outputted by output frame memory (22). In this case, the number of changes in potential for video signal lines can be reduced by the number of rows selected at the same time, resulting in reduced power consumption for driving the video signal lines.
