  • Patent number: 11929230
Abstract: A large current electron beam is stably emitted from an electron gun of a charged particle beam device. The electron gun of the charged particle beam device includes: a SE tip 202; a suppressor 303 disposed rearward of a distal end of the SE tip; a cup-shaped extraction electrode 204 including a bottom surface and a cylindrical portion and enclosing the SE tip and the suppressor; and an insulator 208 holding the suppressor and the extraction electrode. A shield electrode 301 of a conductive metal having a cylindrical portion 302 is provided between the suppressor and the cylindrical portion of the extraction electrode. A voltage lower than a voltage of the SE tip is applied to the shield electrode.

  • Patent number: 11807096
Abstract: A display device for a vehicle includes: a first image control section that displays a first entire image in a certain entire display region; a second image control section that displays a second entire image that is changed from the first entire image in the certain entire display region; and an intermediate image control section that displays a single intermediate entire image indicating an intermediate stage of a change between the first entire image and the second entire image in the certain entire display region. The second image control section displays a final display state in which a certain mark is displayed in a certain portion within the certain display region as the second entire image. The intermediate image control section displays the intermediate entire image having an afterimage of the certain mark being extended in a track direction on a track of the certain mark moving to the certain portion.

  • Patent number: 5331154
Abstract: In an image sensing apparatus having a solid-state image sensor provided with an antiblooming gate and an electronic flash device, a clock signal generating circuit is arranged to apply to the gate a clock signal at a given frequency during the flashing period of the flash device and at a lower frequency than the given frequency during a period immediately before the flashing period and a period after completion of flashing by the flash device. The device includes a rotary encloder with light transmitting, blocking and semi-transmitting sections. The position of the encoder is used in an exposure means for controlling an exposure condition of a photoconverting member.

  • Patent number: 5168364
Abstract: An image sensing apparatus for picking up images having a solid-state image sensor provided with an antiblooming gate. The antiblooming gate removes unnecessary electric charge at a given frequency rate during a period of time at which an exposure shutter reaches a desired aperture diameter. The antiblooming gate removes unnecessary charge at a lower frequency rate before and/or after the exposure shutter reaches the desired aperture diameter. Thus it is possible to provide a highly efficient antiblooming system that minimizes the duration in which the antiblooming gate operates at the higher frequency rate, thereby minimizing undesirable conditions associated with operating the gate at the higher frequency rate.

  • Patent number: 5079583
Abstract: This invention relates to a shutter apparatus which also serves as a diaphragm. In this invention, there are provided two drive control modes for the shutter apparatus; the first mode for controlling a control voltage to be supplied to a shutter driving motor and the second mode for controlling the duty of a voltage to be applied to the motor. These two modes are switched according to factors such as a power source voltage, whereby optimum shutter control is implemented.

  • Patent number: 4651223
Abstract: A recorder has magnification changing means for producing recording pixels of different number from the number of pixels of input image data and a print unit which prints bidirectionally in a main scanning direction. The number n of input pixels in the main scanning direction and the number m of recording pixels are represented byn=i.multidot.k+1where i and k are positive integersm=j.multidot.k+1where j is a positive integer.
