The substrate body contains a ceramic as a material thereof. The glazing layer is formed on a surface of the substrate body. The GMR layer has a multilayer structure of a plurality of magnetic layers and a plurality of non-magnetic layers. The undercoat layer is formed between the glazing layer and the GMR layer.
