Abstract: In a substrate processing apparatus according to the present invention, a heating mechanism for heating a substrate includes a gas discharge nozzle arranged in an internal space, a heater attached to an outer wall of a chamber, and a pipe feeding to the discharge nozzle. An observing mechanism includes a light source part and an image pickup part which are arranged at a separation position away from an attachment portion in the outer wall of the chamber. Thus, the light source part and the image pickup part become less susceptible to an effect of heat generated by the heater. In other words, it is possible to prevent the reduction in the observation accuracy due to an effect of temperature change.

Abstract: In an electric connector with a locking mechanism, the amount of operation and the operation resistance of the operating parts can be freely set according to the mode of use. The electric connector includes a body to be inserted into a receiving recess of a counterpart electric connector, a flexible arm extending from the body and having a protrusion that fits into a fitting hole of the receiving recess of the counterpart electric connector, a slider provided on the body so that the slider can slide in the direction of insertion and withdrawal, and an operating lever rotatably provided on the arm or the body so that the top end thereof comes out on the rear face side of the body and coupled with the slider so that when the operating lever is rotated, the slider will be slid.

Abstract: The invention provides an electric connector with a locking mechanism wherein the amount of operation and the operation resistance of the operating parts can be freely set according to the mode of use. Abstract: An apparatus for processing a light sensitive material comprises a conveying roller which provides a drop of water with a contact angle .theta.0 on a surface of the conveying roller, wherein the contact angle satisfies the following relation: 60.degree..ltoreq..theta..ltoreq.160.degree., and a flow-creating device. The conveyor roller and the flow-creating device are adjusted so that the synthetic flow velocity is not slower than 80 mm/sec, wherein a synthetic flow velocity is composed of the conveying speed of the light sensitive material and the flow velocity of the developing solution.

Abstract: In an apparatus for dissolving solid processing agent for photographic light-sensitive material in a dissolving tank in which a collecting section for collecting a supplied solid processing agent and a guide member for guiding the supplied solid processing agent to the collecting section, the apparatus comprises a pump for circulating the solution from a suction port and to a jetting port. The jetting port is arranged at a position corresponding to the collecting section so that the solution is jetted toward the solid processing agent collected by the collecting section.

Abstract: A cylindrical fuse holder assembled by uniting a molded holder body and a molded cap between which a fuse tube is steadily held by means of a socket movable axially in the holder, a coil spring for pressing the socket so as to bring the socket in contact with a side contact piece in the holder body, and another coil spring for pressing the fuse tube. The socket pressing spring for urging the socket is integrally connected to the fuse tube pressing spring. Thus, this fuse holder can be composed of a small number of parts, assure high stability of electrical connection, and be used in safety.

Abstract: In an apparatus for processing a photosensitive material, a flow of the processing solution is created on a surface of the photosensitive material, wherein a synthetic flow speed on a surface of the photosensitive material is not less than 80 mm/sec, the synthetic flow speed is a composition of the created flow speed component of the processing solution and a conveyance speed component by a conveyance device.

Abstract: The invention provides an apparatus for processing a photographed film which is stored in a cassette. In a housing of the apparatus, a film taking-out device, a developing device, and a film conveying device are incorporated, wherein on one side of the housing there is provided a slot for inserting the cassette to the film taking-out device, and the film taking-out device and the developing device are arranged side by side so that on the same side of the housing there is provided an outlet for delivering the film from the developing means.
