  • Publication number: 20220151532
Abstract: A physiological information measurement device includes: a risk level determination unit configured to analyze an electrocardiographic waveform measured by a measurement unit and to determine an occurrence risk of arrhythmia in a plurality of levels; and an arrhythmia monitoring unit configured to monitor the arrhythmia, in accordance with a level of the occurrence risk of the arrhythmia determined by the risk level determination unit.

  • Publication number: 20210235999
Abstract: An electrocardiogram analyzer includes: an electrocardiogram measuring unit configured to measure an electrocardiogram based on an electrocardiographic signal of an electrode attached to a subject; a motion measuring unit configured to measure motion based on motion information of a sensor attached to the subject; and an analyzer configured to analyze occurrence of serious arrhythmia based on the electrocardiogram measured by the electrocardiogram measuring unit and the motion measured by the motion measuring unit.

  • Publication number: 20200323457
Abstract: A heartbeat analyzer analyzes heartbeats of a living body to which a pacing device for outputting pacing pulses to cause a heart to beat is placed. The heartbeat analyzer includes: a heartbeat detecting section that detects the heartbeats; a pulse detecting section that detects outputs of the pacing pulses; a heartbeat determining section that determines whether the heartbeats are paced beats due to the pacing pulses or not, based on detection timings of the pacing pulses; a tachycardia determining section that, in a case where the paced beats are in a number that is equal to or larger than a predetermined heart rate, and are contained in the heartbeats at a predetermined ratio or more, determines that pacing tachycardia caused by the pacing pulses occurs in the living body; and a notifying section that notifies of the occurrence of the pacing tachycardia.

  • Patent number: 9386935
Abstract: An electrocardiogram analyzer has a measurement section for measuring an electrocardiographic signal; a determination unit for determining, from arrhythmia determination reference information that is information pertinent to arrhythmia, whether or not an electrocardiogram multiplex, which includes a first predetermined number of heart beats, in the thus-measured electrocardiographic signal is arrhythmia; a reference waveform determination unit that determines a reference waveform from the electrocardiogram complex including the first predetermined number of heart beats when the determination unit has determined that the electrocardiogram complex is not arrhythmia, storing the thus determined reference waveform; and an analysis unit that performs an analysis as to whether or not an electrocardiogram complex being measured is arrhythmia by use of the stored reference waveform.
