  • Patent number: 4879681
Abstract: A semiconductor memory device includes an input circuit and an output circuit. To prevent the erroneous operation of the input circuit by the noise which develops at the time of the change of the output signal of the output circuit, the threshold voltage of the input circuit is changed, or an internal signal generated by the internal circuit is fixed to a predetermined level. In an output circuit having a tri-state output function, the threshold voltage of the input circuit is changed when the output is brought into the high impedance state, or the internal signal generated by the input circuit is fixed to a predetermined state. Using these arrangements it is possible to prevent the erroneous operation of the input circuit by the noise occurring when the output is brought into the high impedance state.

  • Patent number: 4815192
Abstract: A fuel atomizer in which one or more substantially recesses are formed at the distal end of a vibration amplifier member, and a part of wall material of a vibrating reed is caused to flow into those recesses due to plastic fluidity, thereby firmly fixing both the vibrating reed and the vibration amplifier member to each other.

  • Patent number: 4670730
Abstract: A flange provided on a tubular metallic member coupled by glass bonding to the glass base to which the strain guage is fixed is made to contact with a receptacle step formed in a housing section of a housing, while pressurizing a metal ring in the housing section to cause plastic deformation of a part of the ring material into a coupling groove formed in the inner peripheral surface of the housing section, thereby coupling the metal ring and the housing.

  • Patent number: 4644797
Abstract: A semiconductor strain-gage is disposed in a recessed chamber of a housing. A step is provided in the recessed chamber. Minute grooves are provided in the inner peripheral portion of the step. An outer periphery of a metal disk with a pressure introducing bore is clamped to the minute grooves by means of plastic deformation thereof, after the seal diaphragm is disposed on a planer portion of the step, whereby the seal diaphragm closes the recessed chamber harmetically.

  • Patent number: 4506180
Abstract: In a fixed field inductor-type generator having an annular stator core on which an armature coil is wound and a field coil which is disposed stationary in said stator core, the field coil is located in space defined by a pair of rotatable pawl-like magnetic poles that are opposed to each other and are supported by a rotary shaft. The field coil is held by a holding member made of a nonmagnetic metal, and is secured to the stator core. The field coil-holding member has fixed collars, which fastened to the inner peripheral surface of the stator core via a plastically deformable metallic coupling member. The field coil is wound on a curved spring steel plate and receives the expanding force at all times from the inner peripheral side thereof. The field coil is contained in the field coil-holding member and is firmly supported by an adhesive that is charged thereinto.

  • Patent number: 4402130
Abstract: A commutator including commutator segments each having a stepped portion formed at the bottom of a slot which is formed at one end of the commutator segment and into which portions of armature coils are inserted, to prevent axial escapement of the armature coils. A lower coil of the armature coils is plastically deformed to conform to the contour of the stepped portion and outer surface of an upper coil of the armature coils is plastic-deformed together with the commutator segments by pressing the edge of the opening of the slot to couple the armature coils to the commutator segments.
